MIRACLES…BELIEVE IT OR NOT

A PURRfect Kitten

This young man is Finley. He was a tiny 10oz when he was found by Dr Michelle and Mille. It was unknown if he would make it as he was extremely weak and things didn’t look great. However, with a lot of love and care, he is now at the 4 lbs mark and is doing incredibly well! He is a bundle of energy but a total love bug. Finley will be leaving Pescadero at the end of September and will be traveling to his forever home in Michigan, where he will be living with Dr Michelle’s sister and her husband, and their 2 cats George and Butter!

Thank you Finley for keeping us entertained with your antics over the last few months!

CAT-astrophe avoided!

Meet Gladys (buff tabby) and her big sister Juju (brown tabby). Gladys was brought into the clinic after she was seen falling out of a tree back in July 2020. She suffered from a fractured skull - ouch! With lots of love and care, she made a good recovery. She now lives a very happy and playful life (although she has a thing for destroying houseplants and being dubbed ‘destructo baby’). Her mom loves her very much and she has certainly fallen on her paws with the most loving home.

Her big sister Juju also had a lucky start in life and it has been a pleasure to see her grow up from the day she was born.

EGGcellent Recovery!

After breaking her pelvis, the parents of this chicken constructed this sling to aid in her recovery. The chicken is happily back with her flock.
