We treat small animals, including dogs, cats, & some exotics. We can see reptiles for normal conditions and x-rays. We also treat livestock such as cows, goats, & camelids. We have USDA certificated doctors.

If you have a specific animal who is not listed here, you can contact us and ask.

Your pet should get an exam at least once a year. If your doctor has advised you to come more often, follow your doctor's advice.

Animals should be seen for dental exams in addition to wellness checks. Your doctor can advise how often this should be done for your pet.

If you have an emergency, please call your doctor to see if they have any emergency appointments available. Or go to your nearest emergency veterinarian. They will send the records to your regular doctor. At the bottom of this page, there are some links to emergency clinics & resources.

If your pet has gone to a previous veterinarian, please have them email your pet's records to pvs.vet@comcast.net

If you have any records on hand, you're welcome to bring those.

If this is a new pet, have your contact information ready. Then, be prepared to have their birthdate, any breed information, weight, gender, vaccine records, and any available history ready.

Additionally, please let us know about your pet's disposition, so we can prepare for their arrival and keep them comfortable.
